1. Shipping live plants always carries a risk. We do not refund for lost or yellow leaves as this is common shipping stress from shipping live plants.
2. If you have any issues contact us within 4 hours of receiving the plant with video and pictures of the plant and the box for any damage it sustained in transit. An unboxing video is also necessary.
3. We will not refund a plant that has been in your care more than 48 hours.
4. In order for a refund or replacement we require photos and videos of the damage.
5. All sales are final, we do not refund for change of mind.
6. in order to get a refund, you must return the plant without any further damage, and upon receiving and inspecting it a refund will be issued.
7. Buyer is responsible for the return label and will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
8. We will not refund for a problem with the plant that was caused by you.
9. If you have problems with your plant please feel free to contact us for help.
10. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
11. We will package your plants with love and care but we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. you will need to file a claim with your postal service for those issues.
